Since 1983, with my experience in selling Massachusetts homes, I can represent you in your real estate endeavours - either as a buyer's agent to help you negotiate the best price and terms of your purchase depending on the market conditions. I am also a listing or seller's agent, to market your property to the widest buyer pool possible gathering the best price for you given today's marketing tools, both new technology and old market savvy. I have lived in Marlborough, Stow, Acton, Clinton and now Boxborough, and am comfortable working withing a 25 mile radius of my Acton office. I constantly am updating my knowledge of real estate, and hold certifications in relocation management and historic property specialist. I have qualified for EcoBroker, CBR, GRI, PMN and Seniors Real Estate Specialist designations (call me and I will tell you what the acronyms stand for!). I am working on my CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist, as well. The EcoBroker is my newest designation, overlaying all of the other specialties, and focusing on the environmental and energy conservation in our homes. I am a Realtor, have held local and state positions in the Women's Council of Realtors, and served on the Nominating Committee for National Women's Council of Realtors in Washington, DC. I am the President of the Iron Work Farm in Acton, entrusted with preserving the historic houses known as the Faulkner Homestead and the Jones Tavern, as well as the museum functions both houses hold. Though I do not live in an old house, I take great affection in them. I look forward to working with you, sharing my personal and professional knowledge for your benefit in you real estate transaction.
